Never Run Out of Instagram Content Ideas Again

Stuck staring at that blank Instagram post creator? We've all been there. Lucas O'Keefe wants you to know that the secret to Instagram success isn't posting more—it's posting smarter.

Instagram's power comes from its versatility. Between Reels, Carousels, Stories, and classic posts, there's a format for every message you want to share. The trick? Finding which 2-3 formats actually work for you and your audience.

He put together a mega-list of content ideas for every Instagram format.

Whether you're looking to showcase your expertise with how-to carousels, build connections through behind-the-scenes Stories, or jump on trends with Reels, this guide has you covered. Read more here.

LinkedIn in 2025: What's Actually Working

SocialInsider analyzed a passel of LinkedIn posts from the past year to uncover what's working for marketers.

For example, engagement is up 30% year-over-year, but most brands are still pouring resources into the wrong content types. Multi-image posts generate a whopping 6.60% engagement rate, while those link posts (making up nearly a third of all brand content) are seriously underperforming.

You might be surprised to learn which format drives the most impressions (hint: it's not what you'd expect) or why pages with under 5K followers are growing faster than anyone else on the platform. Read more here.

Custom GPTs Secrets: How to Get Great Results Every Time

Frustrated by inconsistent results from ChatGPT? Wonder how using system instructions can deliver lightning-fast, high-quality outputs without perfect prompt engineering?

Set up a custom GPT, and you'll never need to remember the prompt. Just open it, upload the content details you want it to use that day, and let it run.

Saj Adib, founder of Howfinity, has created numerous custom GPTs with tailored instructions for specific tasks he performs regularly. Here are just a few examples:

  • YouTube Title Generator: A specialized custom GPT that creates optimized, clickable YouTube titles based on video content.

  • YouTube Description Creator: Takes a transcript from a YouTube video and transforms it into an SEO-friendly, well-organized description.

  • Script Refresher: Reviews and revises an old video transcript with updated information. Saj uses these refreshed transcripts to create new versions of previously published videos.

  • LinkedIn Post Creator: Turns YouTube transcripts or search-based content into engaging LinkedIn posts.

  • Marketing Navigator: Primarily used for Facebook ad copy, this GPT is trained with Saj's high-performing ads and marketing strategies to generate effective advertising copy quickly.

When creating his custom GPTs, he prefers manually writing system instructions (rather than using GPT Builder's conversational approach) because it gives him precise control over the custom GPT's behavior, ensuring it follows his specific four-step formula for optimal results.

Note: You'll need to use the paid version of ChatGPT to create custom GPTs.

How to Create a Custom GPT With System Instructions

When you have set up your account and have identified a specific, repeatable task you perform regularly that would benefit from automation (titles, descriptions, ad copy, etc.), open Chat GPT and click on your profile picture>My GPTs>Create a GPT.

In the next window, open the Configure option.

Give your Custom GPT a Name and a brief description of what it will do for you, then complete the system Instructions.

Create Custom GPT System Instructions: Two Options

Keep your system instructions concise and focused on behavior guidance while using the knowledge base feature for reference materials, examples, and domain-specific information.

This separation allows both components to function optimally within their intended purposes.

If you want to write your own system instructions, here's an example from a YouTube title generator to model:

This GPT generates highly clickable YouTube titles for YouTube creators. The tone should be direct, compelling, but not misleading. Rules: - Keep the titles always under 60 characters long - Use power words - Use a balance between human appeal and SEO - Avoid misleading copy - Give me multiple variations (provide 3-5 options for each title) Examples of effective titles: - "I Created the Perfect ChatGPT Prompt Formula" - "10 AI Hacks That Will Save You Hours a Week" - "How AI Will Change Your Business Forever" - "This Hidden ChatGPT Feature Is a Game-Changer" - "5 ChatGPT Prompts Most People Don't Know About"

Use Saj Adib's Custom Instruction Generator GPT to Create System Instructions

Saj has developed a publicly available Custom Instruction Generator GPT to streamline the process of creating custom GPT system instructions.

This GPT helps turn basic instructions into well-structured system prompts following the four-step formula.

Simply provide the context of what you need your custom GPT to do, and Saj's GPT generates system instructions that you can copy and paste in seconds.

Upload the Knowledge Base Docs

Next, upload your training documents. Although ChatGPT allows you to upload up to 20 documents (each up to 500MB with approximately 1.5 million words), Saj recommends keeping the knowledge files manageable. He starts with five documents and never uses more than ten, keeping each document under three pages.

Optional: Activate Search for Your Custom GPT

Web browsing is particularly valuable for certain types of GPTs. For example, Saj built a custom GPT that turns search-based content into a LinkedIn post. He enabled search so the custom GPT can find the latest AI news to share in LinkedIn posts.

Create, Test, Refine, and Save Your Custom GPT

After you've completed the first four steps, click on Create.

Now, it's time to test your GPT with real inputs to see if it delivers the expected outputs. Based on the results, you may need to refine your system instructions slightly (this typically takes about 30 minutes of tweaking.)

If your custom GPT doesn't perform well, copy the system instructions and ask ChatGPT or Claude to analyze and improve them.

Analyze and improve these system instructions for my custom GPT [system instructions]

Adjust your system instructions with the suggested improvements and rerun the custom GPT.

When you're happy with the output, save your GPT.

Claude Announces Google Workspace Integration: The Google Workspace integration connects Claude with Gmail and Calendar, in addition to Google Docs, helping it gain deeper insight into work context by securely searching emails, reviewing documents, and seeing calendar commitments. This integration eliminates the need to manually upload files or repeatedly provide context about work and schedule, allowing Claude to pull together meeting notes, identify action items from follow-up email threads, and search relevant documents for additional context. Additionally, Claude Enterprise administrators can activate cataloging to improve Claude's retrieval quality and accuracy by leveraging a specialized index of an organization's documents to find information even when buried in lengthy documents or scattered across multiple files. Claude
