A fan-first experience can be anything from a one-off live event to the everyday action of making a purchase on your website. Whatever it is, if you can make that experience unforgettable, your marketing will be enhanced in two important ways.

1. It delights your audience, so that they'll become repeat customers and lifelong, raving fans.

2. It creates both in-house and user-generated content which you can use to reinforce your marketing strategy across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and wherever else you reach out to your audience.
