Jenny Weigle says, "There are a ton of benefits. Probably the easiest to calculate...is support and customer service needs. Sure. You have one of your agents in there as a moderator handling any of those kinds of questions...but in a really successful B2B community, it's your other community members who are answering the questions and that saves money...for those costs.

But then from a marketing perspective...when your community starts to connect to each other and starts realizing these are connections that only could have been made through that one community, that's pretty powerful. You can also start getting testimonials out of it.
