Did your parents teach you much about money?

Welcome Hello alluser, I know my parents didn't teach me about money and in hindsight neither did I teach my kids what they needed to know about how money works. I'm not talking about how to get rich, just stuff like how to save,  how to budget, what debt is, what compound interest is. As an entrepreneur, it's maybe even more important and the fact that we rarely talk about it with our kids adds to some of the mental mystery head trash many people end up with about money. It's like we're led to believe it's just not something we talk about so there must be something wicked about it. Okay, so why do I bring this up today? Because, my good friend Mike Michalowicz, author of the game-changing Profit First, just came out with a must-read book on money for kids. On top of it being a great, beautifully illustrated children's book, it's a lesson every parent, aunt, granddad, and the like should happily start sharing with the kids in their lives. - I know I'm going to.
