Recently, I've been spending a great deal of time on the 2nd one.
The reason: I believe owning cash producing assets is more important now – than ever.
If you are trying to get out of the rat race, the formula is to create enough cash flow to cover your monthly expenses. When you do that, you are free. You don't need a job. You don't need the government. You get to dictate how you spend your time and money.
But more than that, there are certain things going on in the economy right now that make it even more important that you own cash flow producing assets. I want to help.
